Vitamin D, the natural way!

Sunday was a day full of sunshine, finally! I woke up and enjoyed a cup of coffee on the back porch. Then I moved on to a bowl of:

1 cup low-fat, plain yogurt (Stonyfield Farm Organic)
sliced banana
~1/2 cup blueberries
2 Tbs peanut butter
1 cup LIFE cereal

4th of July Highlights

My Independence Day began with clear skies and temperatures in the low 60’s. After a light breakfast (cheerios, milk, banana, and coffee), Nate and I headed to downtown Wilkes-Barre.
