Sunday was a day full of sunshine, finally! I woke up and enjoyed a cup of coffee on the back porch. Then I moved on to a bowl of:
1 cup low-fat, plain yogurt (Stonyfield Farm Organic)
sliced banana
~1/2 cup blueberries
2 Tbs peanut butter
1 cup LIFE cereal
